Hello! I'm slick_phantom, a passionate Ruby developer from Nigeria focused on building elegant, developer-friendly tools.
My journey in software development began with a fascination for automation and bots, which naturally led me to Telegram bot development. Frustrated with the limitations of existing Ruby libraries, I created Telegem—a modern, async-first framework that makes building scalable Telegram bots simple and enjoyable.
When I'm not coding, I write technical articles on Dev.to to share what I learn and help other developers navigate the world of async Ruby and bot development.

Started developing Telegem after identifying gaps in existing Telegram bot frameworks for Ruby.

Telegem v1.0 Release
Published Telegem on RubyGems and announced it to the Ruby community via Dev.to and RubyFlow.
